This is Matt. (මේ මැට්.)

Matt: Hi. I'm Matt. (හායි, මම මැට්.)

Helen: This is David. (මේ ඩේවිඩ්.)

David: Hello. My name's David. (හෙලෝ, මගේ නම ඩේවිඩ්.)

Helen: This is terrible. (මේක හෙන අවුල්.)

Matt: Who's next? (කවුද ඊලඟට?)

David: Her name is Jane. (එයාගේනම ජේන්.)

She's number eight. (ඇය අංක අට.)

David: So, Jane, tell us about yourself. (ඉතිං ජේන්, අපට කියන්නකෝ ඔයා ගැන.)

Matt: Anything. (ඕනි දෙයක්.)

David: When can you move in? (කවද්ද ඔයාට පදිංචියට එන්න පුළුවන්.)

Jane: Next week? (ලබන සතියේ?)

Matt: This week? (මේ සතියේ?)

David: Tomorrow? (හෙට?)

Jane: Sure. (අනිවාර්යෙන්.)

Helen: Welcome to 53, Black Wood Road. (පිළිගන්නවා බ්ලැක්වුඩ් පාරේ අංක 53 ට.)
